Our Native Food Feast is quickly approaching this Sunday! Make sure to sign up for a dish to bring. On Sunday, we'll start the feast off with a concert by the students at 1 p.m. When the concert ends, all students and parents can then come by our classroom for a feast. This is a great time to look at some student work and visit with other parents and friends. The music teachers have asked that all students be at school at least 30 minutes before 1:00 p.m. so they can prepare. |

Our theme for our school auction is Mardi Gras. As part of the auction, each class will put together a basket with a certain theme. Our class theme is "family movies." Please bring in a item related to this theme to our classroom. All donations to class baskets should be new, nice quality items of at least $20 value, or at least $20 cash to your class parent or homeroom teacher. Thank you! PLEASE remember that this auction is to benefit all of our children and we need all parents to participate. The amount of involvement is directly proportional to the enrichment our children will receive. Don't forget to ask your favorite vendors for donations (restaurants, salons, specialty shops, music teachers, etc.) Or if you have a business or talent to donate (pie of the month, guitar lessons, or just plain cash) please put a letter in the PALS box in the office - thank you! * * * We still need help for every aspect of the auction! * * *
Drop a note in the PALS box if you're willing to help just a little or a lot; no job is too small! |
